Meet Hillary McShea: Our New Principal Library Clerk
Our new Principal Library Clerk, Hillary McShea, comes to us with eight years of experience working in libraries, primarily at the Pittsford Community Library, where she was the Circulation Supervisor for a time and also assisted in the teen and children’s departments. Hillary says, “I love sharing ideas with others and figuring out how we can use the tools at our hands to improve the library’s service,” which makes her a great fit here in Henrietta where she’s working collaboratively with our Circulation Supervisor Terry Hill as well as serving on our Management and Cash Handling Teams. She also has key roles coordinating our internal human resources activities and working with the library board. In her off hours, Hillary spends her time with her family, playing with her cats, gardening, and planning her next Halloween costume.
