Local Music Project

 

There is a page on the MCLS website under the Download tab called Local Music Project where local artists are sharing their music with library cardholders.!  This new service, called the Central Library Local Music Project, has been created to make the music of local talent available to our patrons through both downloadable and CD formats.Check it out at Read Article

The Phones Are Back

Our phones are working again, and so are we! We're open normal hours this weekend, from noon-5:00pm on Friday and from 10:00am-5:00pm on Saturday. Be sure to stop by, sign up for the summer reading program, and learn something new!

HPL Teen Zombie Lock-In

The Henrietta Public Library was taken over by teen zombies on Friday night! The teen zombies participated in several fun activities including: Zombie Musical Chairs; Zombie Apocalypse Scavenger Hunt; and Zombie Hide & Seek. Human brains weren't on the menu but pizza and candy were enjoyed by all :)

Most of our volunteers stay with us for years because they know their time and effort are appreciated.  We have a friendly library environment where interesting people work.
