Resources

Kids

The Children’s Room at the Henrietta Public Library strives to offer a rich environment for children and their families to learn, explore, and socialize. We serve children from birth through middle school as well as providing resources for parents and teachers. We hope to stimulate young imaginations and promote a love of reading through our book collection, our programs, and the design of our children’s room.

Storytimes

Exposing children to literacy based activities sets the foundation for a future of strong reading and writing. We offer storytimes for children ages 0 - five.  Our storytimes include stories, songs, rhymes, simple sign language, puppets, and sometimes even iPad activites!  We hope that these programs will provide an enriching experience for children and their caregivers.

Please see the monthly calendar for dates and times.

We would love to come visit your daycare or school! If you are interested in having a storytime conducted at your facility please contact Children's Librarian Annalise Ammer at (585) 359-7092 or aammer@libraryweb.org
