Every summer, I talk to countless parents fretting about what their kids are (or aren’t) reading, and the answer is almost always to relax. Summer’s a time for fun and opportunities to explore new things. Kids will benefit from any practice they get reading, and everyone will be happier if you don’t get too hung up on the particulars. Here are some ways to make that happen.
