Several of us on staff listen to podcasts and love to talk about them, so we thought we'd share some of our favorites with you.

Hardcore History
Episodes are 3-4 hours each and go into detail about different historical events. A podcast for history lovers and not just casual listeners.

Knitmoregirl’s Podcast
A mother and daughter discuss knitting and review knitting books and materials. A great podcast for new and experienced knitters alike.

Planet Money
NPR describes this podcast as ”Imagine getting a beer with your economist friend and actually having an enjoyable conversation about money!” Focuses a lot on behavioral economics. It’s fun. We promise.

Pop Culture Happy Hour
Discusses popular music, movies, TV, and books. It’s a great way to keep up-to-date on popular media.

Radiolab
Like This American Life but with a science spin.

TED Radio Hour
Inspiring and informative TED Talks curated into hour-long episodes around topics like happiness, success, and fear.

This American Life
Quite a few of us listen to this podcast that tells stories that range from funny to fascinating to profound and back again.

WTF Podcast with Marc Maron
A comedian interivews comedians, musicians, and other artists.
