Men's Health: Eating for Energy

Join Michelle Weiler of Cornell Cooperative Extension for a men's-specific nutrition class from 7-8:30pm on Thursday, February 6 . You'll learn the difference between plant and animal proteins, find some ways to eat the most nutrient dense foods, and discover how to eat to boost your energy. The class isn't limited to men, but will focus on the nutritional needs of men. Registration is optional.
