At this meeting, the Town Board, the Library Board of Trustees, library staff, and other interested parties met to hear a presentation that summarized the background of the library project and discussed next steps.
September 6, 2017 Meeting Resolutions
These resolutions put the project on the ballot in the November 7, 2017 general election and also pertain to the potential bond issue.
November 15, 2017 Meeting Resolutions
These resolutions include an agreement with Christa Construction for construction management services, steel and foundation opening bids, transfer of funds into the Capital Project Fund, and permission to move forward with preliminary work on subject land.
December 6, 2017 Meeting Resolution
This resolution is the agreement to transfer the lands to the Town of Henrietta.
January 24, 2018 Meeting Resolutions
These resolutions accepted bids from DiPasquale Construction Corp. for the Henrietta Public Library Foundation Package and from Ramar Steel Sales for the Henrietta Public Library Structural Steel Package.
