Digital Collections

Welcome to the Henrietta Public Library’s Local History Digital Collection.  In recent years, we have seen an increasing urgent need to find a way to capture the information about our past from materials that are crumbling with age.  By digitally preserving the materials of local importance, the information can easily be read and studied without causing further harm to the originals.   Additionally, we hope to increase the accessibility and usage of this material by placing the images on the Internet through the library’s web site, thus making resources easily available to the widest possible audience to enhance education and lifelong learning.   Please check back for new additions often!
