Exhibit/Display & Materials Available to the Public

I. EXHIBITS/DISPLAYS

Exhibits and displays produced by the Henrietta Public Library are designed to appeal to the wide variety of interests of the community served.

The Library display case is available to members of the community who wish to share objects of educational or artistic interest with other Library patrons.

Although the display case is kept locked at all times, the Library cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. Patrons using the display case are required to sign a waiver releasing the Library from any such claims.

Patrons wishing to use the display case should contact Rosanne Rosella or the Library Director either at the library or at 359-7092.

II. BULLETIN BOARD

The Library will post a limited number of items on the bulletin board on a space-available basis. Posters must pertain to educational, cultural, community-based events, or non-profit events or organizations. No commercial, personal, for-profit, or employment notices, with the exception of Civil Services notices, will be posted.

All notices must be submitted to the Director or her designee. The notices will be initialed, dated and posted for up to one month. Any notice not posted by Library staff will be removed and discarded.

The Library is not responsible for returning used or unused posters.

III. "YOURS FOR THE TAKING"

The Henrietta Public Library will make available to the public various pamphlets, fliers and forms that are distributed by the Monroe County Library System. The Library in no way endorses the groups or ideas represented in this literature. These items will be found in the lobby of the HPL.
